Sil'z CAKES & BAKES : (EGGLESS, WHEAT FLOUR & A2 MILK CREAM)

INTRODUCTION

Sil'z Cakes & Bakes was an initiative started in the year 2019 by Smt. Silna Naren under the guidance and mentorship of Late. Smt. Nalini Rajamani Keloth. The intention was to use organic produces and prepare bakery, that would support better health for the consumers. The first step was to prepare cakes without white sugar and with wheat flour. The initial preparations started in September of 2019, the tests of taste were successful & appreciated.

HISTORY

Smt. Silna Naren, a designer by profession and a passionate individual in food cuisines and more than 15 years of experience in her activities, experimented with various types & combinations of ingredients in food cuisines has made her a master of taste in cakes that are healthy and tasty. Even medical practitioners from different walks of life have tasted, tested and approved her products to create no harm to its consumers. Consumers from different walks of life have tasted her cakes and appreciated her for the quality and taste since the commercial start in December 2019.

PURPOSE

The pure intension of the start of 'Sil'z Cakes & Bakes' was to make people taste fresh healthy cakes and spread the taste of true love in the organic produces into the happy moments of celebrations. Life is too short & it has to be lived happily, not hastily. As we have learnt from our ancestors that the magic of love in food gifts a harmonious surrounding for all. Getting that truly blessed joy in a celebration is a true gift to the celebrity. Organic produces from VAMSH even though very limited in types always did provide this joy to its users since 2009. This was extended with Sil'z Cakes & Bakes in 2019.
